The Biggest Predicted Trends of 2015

Tuesday, 13 January 2015
What Will You Be Purchasing in 2015?

Another year is over, which means of course, another wardrobe is due. I know that a lot of people are wondering what weird and wonderful fashion trends will hit 2015. If this is you, then you've clicked on the right blog, as I will be picking out the biggest trends set to takeover 2015 and writing them all
down below.

If you haven't guessed already, black is back and is certainly staying all year round. From your typical black boots to toasty black sweaters, all high-street brands will (without a doubt) be stocking all the black you desire.

Maybe not something the typical teenager will be purchasing, but certainly a breakthrough for celebrities. The little white dress. As seen on Jennifer Lawrence at the premier for Hunger Games: Mockingjay pt 1 last year, is seems that yet again Jennifer will be rocking the white in 2015. Maybe other celebs will try this look this year, but (truthfully) Jlaw will truly be the queen of White Dresses.

Anyone who thought the Kimono was a thing of 2014 was completely wrong. Kimonos are breaking through to the New Year. No-one can say this is a bad thing, as Kimonos keep you warm and are super stylish!

As for colours, these seem to be the mains. As you can tell, all these colours are very vibrant. Maybe if you just had a statement accessory (one of the colours above) it would look better than a full tangerine outfit. I know I'm defiantly not brave enough to wear these colours out.
What colour jewellery will be a statement in 2015? The answer to this popular question in my opinion is gold, a extremely popular colour. Rings seem to be the new thing, will shops like Accessorize stocking up in new design and patterned rings. It also should make a breakout in clothes as well, with many tops and jeans embellished with gold zip accents and gold floral design. A prime example of this is Cara Delevingne rocking her rose gold dress.

I know this was a shortish post, but as of now there aren't that many noticeable trends. As I start to notice more trends, I will update this post, so make sure to keep checking for updates!

Beach Walks

I know I sound like Penny from Girl Online, but I love walks on the beach. It's just the cold air on your face and the way my dog loves to sprint in the foot-print filled sand that makes it enjoyable. Today I went to my local beach to walk my new puppy, and also to see a boat that had tipped on its side overnight! I snapped a few cute photos and thought I'd share them with you.

The boat that was tipped on it's side! (everyone was taking photos of this and it was quite far away, sorry for bad quality!)

So that's all the best photo's I took today! Let me know if you liked this post, and if you'd like to see more photography. Also, I'd love it if you could give me feedback in the comment again (good or bad as there is always room for improvement) Thanks for reading<3

Is Rimmel's Wake Me Up Concealer really that good?

Monday, 5 January 2015
Hi!

I'd just like to start by saying to everyone that has gone back to school today (including me) goodluck! Try your hardest this year:)

So today's post is a review on the extremely popular Rimmel: Wake Me Up Concealer. So as most beauty guru's rave about this, such as Zoella and Miss Glamorazzi, I decided to try it and see if it generally worked for my skin type and tone.

As you can see from the Image above, this concealer has that type of applicator brush (I don't know what it's called, sorry!) I find these the easiest to use, as you don't have to really rub the product on your face (like stick concealers).

It really isn't hard to find your skin tone with this concealer, although Rimmel do not (from what I know) carry dark skin tones. When I went into the shop to buy the product, however, there was only two shades to pick from, which I thought was very poor as these two shades were very light.

And now onto the application. I personally thought that this concealer provides amazing under eye coverage, if you apply a considerate amount of product. It also is great for redness and places such as the nose and chin. However, I would not recommend this product for covering up acne and spots. I have tried on several occasions to cover up spots with this product but it simply either slips straight off or just doesn't give the coverage it should do. When I apply it undereye it stays all day, but this is not the case for spots. Usually I end up applying powder over acne, or using my stick concealer by Barry M. I have to mention that it is crucial you get a good match for your skin otherwise your under eyes are going to be a different colour to your whole face, and you don't want that.

Overall, this is a pretty good concealer, as long as you are not looking to buy it for acne. Thankyou for reading, and it would mean a lot if you could follow. It only takes a millisecond to hit the button<3

YouTube Beauty Guru's You HAVE to watch!

Beauty Guru's

So as a mentioned in my last post, I have been watching YouTubers for quite a while now. Throughout this time I have picked out the one's who I think are the most interesting and helpful to watch. Each one will have a link on their name to their Youtube accoount. Although I like alot of Youtubers, I have narrowed it down to my Top 6 (not in any order).

Although I have only been watching Lauren for a few month's now, when I first clicked on Laurens channel (I was looking for DIYs for my own room) I knew that I would certainly be a new loyal subscriber. Her DIY's are so original and fun, and perfect to do at home as they do not include expensive products. And of course I have to mention that she's absolutely stunning! *_*

Eva is such a happy, fun person and I know she can cheer me up with a few clicks! Her channel includes just about everything, so you know when you subscribe that her new video every week will be a complete surprise! I also love the way Eva is so confident within herself, and her videos have had the same effect on me. It also help that she has the same name as me but just pronounced differently!:)

From this picture, you can already tell that Bunny Meyer is an upbeat, slightly crazy youtuber! Bunny's videos are mainly beauty, but her series Does This Thing Really Work? is very original as no other Youtube personality has done it. Bunny never films a video without a smile on her face, and I don't know how she does it!

Andrea is one of the most beautiful Beauty Guru's on the web. Her advice and general attitude is amazing and she was one of the first ever gurus I found on YouTube.

Emma isn't your typical beauty guru, and she wasn't until 2014 when she created her Beauty Channel boxes of foxes. Her main channel includes lots of humour and sketches, but her Beauty Channel I never would have thought could contain such great content and tips. Besides from makeup, I also has helpful videos about things that young girls may seek advice in, such as Periods and Feeling Good about Yourself. Thankyou for such a great Channel Emma<3

Of course, I had to include Zoe Sugg! I have been subscribed to Zoe since 500,000. She has come so far since then, with her Book (Girl Online) and her own makeup line. It's crazy! I am not going to say too much as I'm sure everybody knows who she is, but if not you are missing out hugely!

Niomi is such a sweet, gorgeous Beauty Guru (I know I've said that about everyone but for real) and she has only just hit 1m. Being a loyal subbie of Marcus Butler (her boyfriend) I knew about Niomi pretty early in her youtuber career, as Marcus promoted her account. I'm so glad I hit the subscriber button, as her video's are so well edited and you can tell she takes extra effort into making her videos unique.

And that's it, my favourite guru's wrapped up into one blog post. If you enjoyed this blog and you'd like to read more, please please please follow me and leave a comment with your feedback (good or bad as there's always room to improve)

I love you all, bye!
