A blog post from me, wow! I'm literally so sorry that I disappeared for a bit but I have been SOOOO busy! Anyway enough excuses, today I am doing a review of the ever so raved about "Maybelline Colour Tattoo" eyeshadow. I only purchased the beautiful colour "Rose Gold" because in my opinion it was the prettiest there. Also annoyingly I was £2 short of getting another one (on and on bronze to be exact) so that's frustrating.
The colour range for this particular product is "okay" but I wouldn't rave about. This colour was the only one that really caught my eye. It's just so stunning! Note that I'm basing this off of the colours that my Superdrug stocked.
The pigmentation of this product I have to say is pretty good. I only have to build up two layers for an even coverage. This colour is not for the daring as it is very subtle and natural.
Here is the colour next to a regular pressed powder. As you can see it is much more opaque. I generally prefer the formula and feel of this eye shadow much better than any pressed one.
OVERALL
I would give...
COVERAGE: 8/10
COLOUR: of this particular shade, 10/10
PRICE: 4/10, for drugstore £4.99 for a small pot is quite pricey
Quite high marks I'd say! Tell me what you think of this product in the comments.
See You Soon! (with any luck haha)

I love this one! I've worn it all day today actually :)
ReplyDeleteThey are a lot more affordable in the UK, I believe they retail at €11 here, which is around £8 I believe. They are crazy good so I did buy a few of them :) x
